Education (General Studies) accepts applications from high school students for the fall, spring and summer semesters.  Follow the steps below to apply now:

1. Meet the admission requirements and application deadlines for Education (General Studies) and the Faculty of Education.  Review recent admission averages for the Faculty of Education.
2. Apply online at ApplyBC.ca.  When you arrive at the section of the application where we ask you for your intended program of study, choose the following options:
   • Faculty:  Education
   • Program:
     • High school students: BGS Education - Surrey 
3. Pay your application fee
4. Review information on what to do after you've applied
5. Check your eligibility for entrance scholarships, awards and bursaries and the SFU Surrey Entrance Award

Program Changes and Deferals

If your intentions to begin in a particular program or to start in a particular term change after you have applied, you may consider making a request to,

• Change your program of application
• Defer your offer of admission to a subsequent term
