Undergradate Programs
Undergraduate Programs in the Faculty of Education oversees the development and delivery of undergraduate courses and programs that are of interest to a diverse range of students. Undergraduate Programs students include those who are contemplating or planning careers as school teachers, in-service teachers, and students from a variety of disciplines who wish to learn more about educational theories, research, and practice.
Undergraduate program offerings in the Faculty of Education include the Bachelor of Education, which is designed to prepare students academically and professionally for a teaching career at either the elementary or secondary school level and the Bachelor of General Studies in Education for students looking for a non-specialised degree in Education. The Post-Baccalaureate Diploma offers students the opportunity to design and pursue a program of individualized study in a specialized theme such as:
- Environmental Education
- Counselling & Human Development
- Early Learning
- Special Education
- Education (General)
