The ninth annual South Fraser Regional Science Fair for Grades 7 – 12 students from Surrey and Delta public and independent schools was held on April 9 and April 10, 2015, at Kwantlen Polytechnic University's Surrey Campus.

From this year's Fair 8 students were chosen to represent our region at the Canada Wide Science Fair in Fredericton, NB, May 11-16, 2015. We are very proud that five members of the team won awards at the Canada Wide. Here are the details.

Follow their trip on the SFRSF team blog.

We would like to thank all participants at this year's fair, their families and teachers, for making the event a resounding success. We also like to thank all our sponsors without whose generous financial backing holding the fair would not be possible. We are also indebted to all the judges who contributed their time to judge the projects on the first evening of the Fair.

On the second day of the Fair Let's Talk Science gave presentations for the participants on "The History and Principles of Flight". We are very grateful to them and the Coordinator Megan Boothby for their important contribution.
