About:
One of the things Rachel really loves about the Surrey campus is that it feels like a community – because it is a smaller campus, students have the chance to get to know each other, as well as the faculty and staff. Rachel has also taken advantage of many great opportunities in her four years at the SFU Surrey Campus including international exchange, co-op, volunteer experience, and student clubs. One of her best experiences has been with the co-op program, as it helped her to find valuable job positions that relate to her field of study, which has really increased the value of her university degree. Rachel’s experiences at SFU Surrey have helped, and continue to help her, grow as a person and provide her with confidence in her skills and abilities both academically and professionally.
